TERMS & CONDITIONS-COVID 19-

AT ROADMENDER

NEW ROADMENDER LTD

WELCOME BACK

Keeping You Safe

At the Roadmender, gig goers are at heart of everything we do, so your safety and health are our top priority. We want you to be rest assured that Covid-safe procedures will be in place during the gig

As of 00:00hrs on Thursday 27 January 2022, the government has confirmed that England will fully return to Plan A. What that means is that it is no longer a legal requirement for venues and events to use the NHS COVID Pass.

It goes without saying that if you, or anyone you are in contact with, has COVID-19 or any symptoms, make sure you check and follow official NHS guidance.  Please do the right thing and be mindful and respectful of others.

Hand sanitiser is available, so do help yourself. We have enhanced procedures in place for cleaning and hygiene in public areas and behind the scenes too.

Social Awareness: The Venue is going to be very busy so give each other a bit of “Breathing Space”

Hand Sanitising: Please use the Hand Sanitising stations throughout the venue

Cloakrooms: will be closed for the time being

Bathrooms: will be cleaned regularly and open as usual.

Air Conditioning & Ventilation: We have improved and increased our circulation of fresh air in the building, so some areas might feel a little cooler.

Facemasks:

The government has lifted the measures put in place in England, which means as of 00:00hrs on Thursday 27 January 2022, it is no longer mandatory to wear a face covering.

However, we all need to continue to play our part, and official guidance recommends wearing a face covering – if you can – when coming into contact with people you don’t usually meet in communal spaces. Here’s where to find out more.

Going to the Bar: Please be patient, we will be working as hard as we can to serve you.

Paying for your drinks: Contactless, plus real money (CASH) is welcome

Moshing & Crowd Surfing: call it “thrashing,” “slam dancing,” or “going HAM” — it sure does not matter what term you use once you’ve gotten caught in a mosh.  We understand that, for some it is all part of the experience. To protect our staff and fellow gig goers please refrain from this. Don’t let a little slam or surf ruin a great night!!

Performers: Respect the performers

That’s all the rules

Have Fun, Keep Safe and Be Kind
